Attorney Brandon Wilson

I was born in Arlington, Texas, but grew up in Northern California. I have always loved to play sports, including soccer, football, basketball, and baseball and have followed all of the major Dallas sports teams for as long as I can remember. Thankfully, I have two daughters that captured my love of playing and watching sports.

In our spare time, my family and I enjoy going to Rangers, Mavericks, Cowboys, and FC Dallas games, touring the Metroplex for new places to eat, and relaxing at home while watching the Food Network.

  • Represent clients in various industries, including commercial and residential construction, energy, property management, healthcare, utility companies, nationwide retailers, small businesses, and individuals in handling their complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas

  • Represent general contractors, subcontractors, and others in the construction industry in construction defect litigation throughout Texas

  • Represent various contractors and subcontractors in mechanic’s lien matters through Texas

  • Represent building owners and property managers throughout Texas in premises liability cases

  • Represented an architect and designer in a civil theft jury trial, in which the jury returned a favorable verdict for the client on the counterclaim

  • Represented an estate in prosecuting a fraudulent lien claim and prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in favor of my client
