Kinsey received her law degree from Baylor Law School, where she was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society and the 2021 Bob and Karen Wortham “Mad Dog” Practice Court Champion. She also competed in many moot court and mock trial competitions such as the Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition in which she was awarded Best Cross Examination. As a law student she clerked for a boutique law firm allowing her the opportunity to make multiple court appearances before graduating law school.

Outside of the office, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, drinking copious amounts of coffee, traveling, and anything outdoors.

  • Successfully authored and argued motion to exclude biomechanical engineer in a personal injury matter
  • Worked as a Defense attorney in high profile sexual assault action
  • Negotiated nonsuit of defendant in the Northern District of Texas
  • Successfully authored motion to dismiss in the Northern District of Texas
  • Negotiated favorable settlements in multiple state court cases
