I am a native to the Dallas area having grown up in Plano. I attended high school at Dallas Jesuit and subsequently obtained my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. I began my legal career in oil and gas practicing for a large producer with extensive operations in the Marcellus Shale. I quickly transitioned into litigation where I have succeeded in providing my clients with favorable results that frequently exceed expectations.

Mr. Bayman successfully represents both large and mid-sized motor carriers (U.S. and Canada) in claims ranging in value up to $20 million; and has extensive experience handling premises liability claims based on dangerous conditions and inadequate security. Mr. Bayman has successfully defended many businesses, hotels, and restaurants throughout the state of Texas involving personal injury claims and commercial litigation. Lastly, Mr. Bayman has well-developed experience in defending property coverage disputes arising from hurricanes, tropical storms, and hailstorms. He maintains close communication with his clients and adjusters throughout the lifecycle of the lawsuit and maintains a strict reporting timetable to ensure his clients are abreast of all relevant issues.
